Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods for parameters such as volt-ampere characteristics, insulation resistance, insulation strength, operating temperature, total reflectivity and thermomechanical stress of solar cell modules, panels and square arrays for ground use. This standard applies to indoor and outdoor measurements of various types of non-concentrating solar cell components, panels and square arrays.
