This document stipulates the production requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation, traceability and other requirements for pork rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. This document is applicable to the production of pork rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, but not to the production of pork obtained by adding omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids after slaughter.
