This standard establishes a method for determining the concentrations of acetone and acetaldehyde released from packaging into model media simulating food products in the concentration range for acetone 0.05–0.20 mg/dm3 and 0.10–0.40 mg/dm3 for acetaldehyde by the method gas chromatography
