This standard specifies the method for vehicle leakage noise measurement in a vehicle aero-acoustic wind tunnel, including basic test conditions, measurement and sealing methods, working condition formulation, measurement process, evaluation parameters, records, data processing and measurement reports. This standard can evaluate the leakage noise level in the car, and can also diagnose wind noise sources and transmission path problems. This standard applies to cars with a complete body sealing system, the maximum size of which must meet the vehicle weight and dimensions requirements specified in the wind tunnel.
