The foreign ozone air quality benchmark documents were studied, the foreign benchmark document framework was analyzed, and the ozone air quality benchmark preparation method was studied, which mainly included data collection methods and requirements, screening methods, evaluation methods, parameter determination methods, benchmark value derivation and review methods.
