Scope

This document establishes the basic principles for the construction of the straw collection, storage and transportation system, gives the classification of the organizational model of the straw collection, storage and transportation system, specifies the general requirements for the construction of the straw collection, storage and transportation system, and the requirements for the straw collection system, straw storage system and straw transportation system. Construction requirements, as well as comprehensive evaluation content and methods.
