Scope

This document describes the methodology for performing emergency evacuation time (ETE) estimation for nuclear power plants. This document applies to nuclear power plants with a reactor power level not less than 300,000 kW thermal power or emergency evacuation inside and outside the nuclear power plant. The estimation of emergency evacuation time of other nuclear facilities can be used as a reference.
