DBS45/ 061-2019 Local food safety standard rosacic acid DBS45/ 061-2019 Local food safety standard rosacic acid This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing, and inspection methods of rosacic acid , inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life. This standard applies to fresh edible fruits and vegetables (or edible fruit and vegetable salted pastes) and red glutinous rice as the main raw materials, with added edible salt, added or not added sugar (white sugar or rock sugar, etc.), rice-flavored liquor, garlic, chili, star anise, etc. Excipients, raw and auxiliary materials are processed through pretreatment, cleaning, airing or drying, ingredients, fermentation, packaging and other processes to prepare instant red sour acid.
