This document stipulates the principles, scope and content, basic structure and composition, technical requirements, etc. of energy consumption monitoring of electric transmission systems. It also specifies the energy consumption determination methods, energy efficiency limit values, energy efficiency grade classification methods and test methods of electric transmission systems. This document applies to electrical drive systems with rated input voltage not exceeding 1kV, output voltage not exceeding 1kV, and rated power below 1000kW.
