This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption by enterprises that produce lithium carbonate from lithium ores with a lithium oxide content of no more than 2.5%, such as ceramic clay (lithium-containing) ores, tungsten-tin (lithium-containing) ores, and lithium mica ores. , as well as energy consumption control in new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
