This document stipulates the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection items and result determinations, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of martial arts shoes. This document applies to shoes worn in all types of martial arts sports. This document does not apply to shoes for infants and young children with shoe sizes 170mm and below.
