This document specifies two methods for the determination of the content of the anti-caking agent ferric ammonium citrate in edible salt - flame atomic absorption spectrometry and phenanthroline spectrophotometry. This document is applicable to the determination of the anti-caking agent ferric ammonium citrate in edible salt.
