This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and order (or contract) content of vapor deposition silicon carbide coating (hereinafter referred to as silicon carbide coating). This standard applies to silicon carbide coatings prepared by vapor deposition using methyltrichlorosilane and hydrogen as main raw materials. The products are mainly used on the surface of graphite materials in the photovoltaic field.
