This document stipulates the equipment technical requirements, inspection operation requirements, shooting methods, data processing, inspection data archiving, etc. for using drones for infrared inspection of overhead transmission lines. This document is applicable to multi-rotor drone infrared inspection operations for transmission lines of 110 (66) kV and above. Lines with other voltage levels can be implemented as a reference.
