Scope

This document stipulates the operating conditions, operations, operation monitoring, inspections, abnormal management and data management of prefabricated cabin electrochemical energy storage power stations in cold temperate regions. This document is applicable to newly built, renovated (expanded) prefabricated cabin electrochemical energy storage power stations in cold temperate areas that are connected to the power grid through voltage levels of 10kV and below.
