Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, energy limit levels, energy consumption statistical scope and calculation methods of the comprehensive energy consumption evaluation guide per unit product for special paper (including tissue paper). This standard is applicable to the energy consumption calculation, control and assessment of special paper production enterprises, as well as the access assessment of new reconstruction and expansion projects. In principle, the energy consumption limit indicators listed in this standard do not include pulping energy consumption, and individual exceptions will be stated otherwise.
