Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents and order form for high-energy ray detection and imaging materials. This document applies to high-purity tellurium, high-purity zinc, and high-purity cadmium polycrystalline zinc zinc telluride (CdZnTe polycrystalline) for high-energy ray detection and imaging materials (hereinafter referred to as polycrystalline zinc zinc telluride).
