This document specifies the quality control requirements, detection indicators and detection methods of recombinant lysyl endopeptidase (rLys-C). This document applies to recombinant lysyl endopeptidase, which is mainly used as a biological reagent for protein/polypeptide digestion processing in the biomedical industry, as well as for proteomics preprocessing or quality peptide map digestion sequencing analysis. Based on the current status of technology research and development, the recombinant lysyl endopeptidase in this document refers to the lysyl endopeptidase whose amino acid residue sequence is derived from achromobacter lyticus protease I (API).
