Scope
This standard specifies the principles, instruments and equipment, analysis steps, sample determination, result processing and presentation, precision and accuracy for rapid determination of conventional physical and chemical indicators in brewing raw materials. This standard is applicable to the analysis of conventional physical and chemical indicators (moisture, starch) of the five brewing raw materials (sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, corn) of Luzhou-flavor liquor. This standard does not apply to arbitration inspections.
