This document specifies a rapid colloidal gold immunochromatographic detection method for paraquat residues in vegetables and fruits. This document is suitable for the rapid detection of paraquat residues in vegetables and fruits. Note 1: Vegetables include leeks, sprouts, celery, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, bitter melon, cowpeas, carrots, potatoes, lotus roots, bean sprouts, and corn shoots. Note 2: Fruits include pears, peaches, grapes, longan, pomelo, banana, watermelon, apple, olive, tangerine, tangerine and orange. This method adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. After extraction, the paraquat in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the test line (T line) in the test strip, resulting in a change in the color of the test line (T line). By comparing the color depth of the test line (T line) and the quality control line (C line), a qualitative analysis of paraquat in the sample was performed.
