This document specifies the test purpose, test conditions, test layout, test procedures and requirements for the transient phenomenon test of the high-voltage power port of 60 V to 1000 V high-voltage electrical components of pure electric vehicles. This document is suitable for transient testing of high-voltage electrical components with a nominal voltage in the range of 60 V to 1000 V DC. Examples are as follows:
