This document stipulates the requirements for filling units, filling personnel, filling facilities, filling management, emergency management and supervision and management of compressed hydrogen vehicle gas cylinders in hydrogenation stations and hydrogenation joint construction stations. This document is applicable to the safety management of filling compressed hydrogen vehicle cylinders with a working pressure not greater than 35MPa, a nominal volume not greater than 450L, and an operating temperature of -40°C to 85°C.
