This document stipulates the terms and definitions, technical requirements, hygienic requirements for the production and processing process, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for prepared vegetables vacuum fried and vacuum freeze-dried products. This document applies to vacuum fried and vacuum freeze-dried prepared vegetables defined in Chapter 3.
