- This document stipulates the size, shape and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of powder metallurgy high-speed tool steel. This document applies to hot-rolled, forged, cold-drawn and silver-bright bars (including round steel, flat steel, square steel, etc.), wire rods, forgings, etc. with a diameter not larger than 300mm.
