- This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of trimethoxysilane. This document is applicable to the synthesis of metallic silicon and methanol and other raw materials and the trimethoxysilane produced by the alcoholysis of trichlorosilane and methanol.
