- This standard specifies the detection of nitrofuran metabolite residues in aquatic products - the principles of colloidal gold immunochromatography, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, determination steps, results judgment and expression, and results confirmation methods. This standard applies to the metabolite of furazolidone, 3-amino-2-oxazolidinyl ketone (AOZ), and the metabolite of nitrofurazone, semicarbazide, in the muscle tissue of fish, soft-shell turtles, and turtles, and the edible tissues of shelled and intestinal glands of shrimp and crabs. (SEM), rapid screening of furantadone metabolite 5-morpholinmethyl-3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (AMOZ) and nitrofurantoin metabolite 1-amino-hydantoin (AHD) Check the test.
