- This document specifies the requirements for nucleic acid detection techniques generally applicable in the diagnostic procedures of shrimp hepatopancreatic parvovirus disease, and provides the reagents required for the PCR detection method for Hepatopancreatic parvovirus (HPV) Or materials, instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures and result judgment. This document is applicable to the qualitative detection of HPV infection in samples of different life stages of shrimp, so as to carry out epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, quarantine and monitoring of shrimp hepatopancreatic parvovirus disease.
