Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of polyurethane soft foam silicone surfactants for household use. This document applies to silicon-carbon household polyurethane soft foam silicone surfactants (hereinafter referred to as products) prepared by hydrosilylation reaction between hydrogenated polysiloxane and allyl polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene ether.
