Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for boiler air pollutant emission control, pollutant monitoring requirements, compliance determination requirements, implementation and supervision in Hebei Province. This standard boiler air pollutant emission limit applies to non-power-generating boilers of various capacities. Boilers that use fuels such as briquettes, blue charcoal, petroleum coke, oil shale, coal gangue, coal-water slurry, heavy oil, residual oil, etc. shall refer to the emission control requirements for "coal-fired boilers" in this standard; the use of light diesel, alcohol-based Boilers that use other liquid fuels (such as methanol, ethanol) and other liquid fuels shall refer to the emission control requirements for "oil-fired boilers" in this standard; boilers that use unprocessed agricultural and forestry solid biomass as fuel shall refer to the "biomass-fired molding" in this standard. "Fuel boiler" emission control requirements are implemented. This standard does not apply to boilers that use domestic waste and hazardous waste as fuel. This standard applies to the emission management of air pollutants from boilers in use, as well as the environmental impact assessment of boiler construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection, the issuance of emission permits and the management of air pollutant emissions after production.
