This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, accompanying documents, packaging, transportation and storage of the alcohol-ketone mixture (hereinafter referred to as the "alcohol-ketone mixture"), a by-product of the methyl isobutyl ketone unit. This document applies to alcohol-ketone mixtures whose main components are isopropyl alcohol, acetone, methyl isobutyl ketone, etc., which are obtained by distillation and azeotropy during the production of methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK).
