This document defines the terms and definitions of mannanase preparations, stipulates the product classification, requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for mannanase preparations, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to the production, inspection and sale of mannanase preparations produced by microbial fermentation.
