This standard specifies the conditions for use, model, rating, structure, performance and functional requirements, testing, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of low-voltage phase-commutated switch-type automatic load balancing devices (hereinafter referred to as devices). This standard applies to the design, manufacturing, and testing of low-voltage phase-commutated switch-type automatic load balancing devices of 1kV and below.
