This standard applies to the air pollutant emission management of coal-fired, oil-fired and gas-fired boilers of various capacities and purposes except pulverized coal power generation boilers and coal-fired, oil-fired and gas-fired power generation boilers greater than 45.5 MW (65t/h), and Environmental impact assessment of construction projects, environmental protection engineering design, completion environmental protection acceptance and air pollutant emission management after production. Boilers that use biomass fuel, blast furnace gas or coal-to-gas, coal-water slurry, and burning or co-burning other fuels are subject to the air pollutant emission concentration limits for coal-fired boilers in this standard. This standard does not apply to boilers of various capacities that use domestic waste and hazardous waste as fuel.
