This document specifies the terms and definitions, models and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mobile fruit quality non-destructive testing instruments. This document is applicable to mobile non-destructive testing instruments (hereinafter referred to as "detectors") for detecting sugar content, acidity and other quality indicators of fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, navel oranges, and tangerines.
