This document stipulates the classification, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitment of water-based polyurethane surface treatment agents for artificial leather and synthetic leather. This document applies to surface treatment agents prepared from water-based polyurethane dispersions, water-based additives, deionized water and other raw materials and used to improve the surface properties of artificial leather and synthetic leather.
