Scope

This document stipulates the grid connection management, commis ioning management, operation dis atch management, power generation plan management, maintenance management, relay protection and safety automatic device management, and communications of the grid dis atching agency and the grid-connected operating onshore wind farm (hereinafter referred to as the wind farm).
