Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements for the prevention and control of dioxin pollution in domestic waste incineration flue gas, and the technical requirements for dioxin control in the entire process of domestic waste reception and pretreatment, furnace entry and feeding, incineration process, and incineration flue gas purification. As well as flue gas dioxin monitoring and dioxin pollution prevention and control operation and management requirements.
