This standard specifies the technical requirements for energy consumption limits per unit product of packaging paper and cardboard in the papermaking industry, energy consumption statistical scope, statistical methods and calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures. This standard is applicable to the calculation, control and assessment of energy consumption by packaging paper and cardboard (excluding primary pulping) manufacturers, as well as the assessment of access to new, renovated and expanded production lines.
