Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements and operating procedures for vehicle methanol fuel storage tank cleaning operations. This document is applicable to the cleaning of vehicle methanol fuel filling stations (including skid-mounted stations), vehicle methanol fuel blending centers, vehicle methanol fuel storage tanks and methanol fuel tank truck tanks.
