This document specifies the preparation method and application procedures for fipronil time-resolved fluorescence semi-quantitative detection card. This document is suitable for the semi-quantitative detection of fipronil residues in leafy vegetables, and other types of vegetables can be used as a reference after verification. The detection limit of fipronil in this document is 20 μg/kg.
