- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, detection methods and evaluation methods for the performance classification of air purifiers in removing allergens present in the form of particulate matter (bioaerosols). This standard applies to air purifiers with the function of removing allergens from indoor air at room temperature. It also applies to vehicle-mounted air purifiers with the function of removing allergens from indoor air and air purifiers with similar uses. The allergen removal performance classification of air duct purification devices, fresh air fans and other similar air purification products can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to: ——air purifiers used for professional purposes such as industrial places and special environments.
