This standard specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, product inspection and marking, packaging, storage and transportation of cut fresh (frozen) chicken. This standard is applicable to whole fresh (frozen) meat chickens that are cut according to parts and then cold-processed and packaged for market sales or raw materials for processing.
