Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for acceptance of battery samples by inspection and testing institutions, including packaging, testing, registration, entrustment, etc., as well as special requirements for lithium-ion battery samples. This document is applicable to the management of battery samples in Xiangyang Administrative Region Inspection and Testing Institutions, focusing on lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and battery packs (systems).
