Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements for the handover test of the direct series-connected distributed power flow controller, handover test objects, primary equipment handover test, secondary equipment inspection, overall test, etc. This document is applicable to direct in-line distributed power flow controllers used for power flow control in transmission and distribution networks with voltage levels of 220kV and below.
