This standard is applicable to liquid immersion ultrasonic testing of surface, near-surface and internal defects of additively manufactured nickel-titanium alloy products with dimensions not larger than 25mm×25mm×25mm. For inspected parts with a thickness greater than or less than the above range, if it is proved through tests that the sensitivity of the detection system can meet the detection requirements, this standard may be followed.
