- This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of dimethyldimethoxysilane. This document applies to dimethyldimethoxysilane products produced by the alcoholysis method of dimethyldichlorosilane. The products are used as silicone rubber structure control agents and chain extenders.
