Scope

This document specifies the method for determining the total flavonoid content of propolis health foods. This document is applicable to the determination of total flavonoid content in propolis health foods. The applicable range for solid samples and viscous samples is 0.13~12.7g/100g, and the applicable range for liquid samples is 0.013~1.27g/100mL.
