Scope

This standard specifies the principles, instruments and equipment, test procedures, test results and precision for the determination of particle content in sulfur hexafluoride gas by light scattering. This standard is applicable to the determination of particle content in sulfur hexafluoride gas. Its detection range is 0.1 μm ~ 5 μm. The determination of particle content in other gases can be carried out with reference to this method.
