This document stipulates the terms and definitions of the technical regulations for mechanized picking and supporting processing of Dancong tea, the environment of the origin, the basic requirements for machine-picked tea gardens, the picking of machine-picked tea gardens, the requirements for machine-picked fresh leaves, mechanized processing and storage of finished tea. This document applies to popular single-cong tea products that are mechanized picking and processing of fresh leaves of single-cong varieties (strains or strains) of tea trees in Guangdong Province.
