Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for the design of seawater circulating cooling water treatment and the design requirements and methods for seawater supplementary water treatment, seawater circulating cooling water treatment, seawater bypass water treatment, seawater circulating cooling discharge water treatment and detection, monitoring and control. This standard applies to the design of seawater circulating cooling water treatment for new construction, expansion, and reconstruction projects that use seawater as supplementary water.
